No Returns or Exchanges
At this moment, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.
All items sold are final sale.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We currently do not have a return/exchange policy, but in rare cases where you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective product, or
- an incorrect item,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video as proof.
Our team will review your case, and if approved, we will provide a suitable resolution based on availability.
Refunds
- Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not available unless:
- you received a wrong product,
- the item arrived damaged, or
- the order was not fulfilled from our end.
- In such cases, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method after verification.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
